Her real estate career began in 2021, following her entrepreneurial venture in co-founding a telemedicine company that operated between Austria and Canada. This experience honed her skills in cross-border business and provided a strong foundation of legal and financial acumen, marketing, sales, negotiation, and project management.

Having lived in some of the world’s most dynamic cities—Miami, Salzburg, Vienna, Monaco, Porto, and Toronto—Letitia now calls Tampa home. Her personal experience of relocating with her family of five gives her a unique perspective on the complexities of moving families across North America and Europe.
